The résumé · For hiring teams

Operator, analyst, and builder— ready for the senior seat.

I sit at the seam between the floor and the spreadsheet and the codebase. By day I run 2nd-shift outbound for PVH; on my own time I build the analytics and products I wished existed — a personal-finance command center, a trading desk, a hospitality platform. Same instinct every time: find the chaos, model it, and turn it into a system that ships.

Operations Manager — 2nd Shift Outbound

PVH Corp
  • Own the 2nd-shift outbound building plan for a high-volume apparel DC — ~120K units on a normal night, a site-record 898,242 at peak.
  • Lead 7 direct reports and a ~300-associate shift; lifted labor accuracy 41.9% and cut outbound errors 82.7%.
  • Stood up the performance views and standards that keep the floor honest against plan through peak season.

Senior Inventory Specialist

DP World
  • Owned inventory accuracy across a $424M portfolio for a global logistics operator.
  • Drove a 65% reduction in inventory errors — $3.86M in recovered value — and cut cost-per-error 85.6%.
  • Built the reconciliation and root-cause process that made those gains hold shift over shift.

Operations Manager

Amazon
  • Led up to 350 associates across inbound operations at fulfillment scale.
  • Founded a 'Stow School' training program that raised stow rate 40% and saved $186K a year.
  • Ran daily planning, safety, and labor allocation against relentless volume and tight SLAs.

Founder & Principal

DVSN × ZERO (Division by Zero)
  • Run a product, data & design studio — discovery to shipped product for small operators and mission-driven orgs.
  • Designed a reusable design-token + component system that takes a new client site from brief to build in days.
  • Wove AI in where it earns its place: a nonprofit 'program finder', semantic search, and AI-assisted ops.
2016 — 2020
United States

District Manager

Vector Marketing
  • Recruited, trained, and led a sales district — the first proof of the people-leadership instinct the ops work runs on.

Compass

A personal command center that turns scattered accounts into one clear picture — net worth, debt payoff, and a path to financial independence.

Problem
Financial life lives in ten tabs: bank apps, spreadsheets, a debt tracker, a vague retirement number. Nobody can see the whole board, so nobody makes the high-leverage move.
Approach
Designed an editorial finance dashboard around a single question — what's the next best move? — then built it: Plaid-synced balances, a debt-avalanche engine, scenario modeling, and a FIRE projection, all under one calm, hairline-ruled interface.
Outcome
Shipped and running daily. The 'Compass Editorial' design language (lavender accent, Fraunces numerals, mono labels) became the house style for everything after it.

Fortune 500 Apparel Logistics

Keeping a high-volume distribution center on plan through peak — daily building plans, safety, and the search for what to automate next.

Problem
A distribution floor moving small-parcel volume at peak has no slack. A missed plan, a safety lapse, or a manual process that should've been automated all cost real money and real hours.
Approach
Owned the 2nd-shift daily plan and W&D safety reporting, built repeatable performance views for peak, and ran a standing 'where can we automate?' analysis on the most manual, error-prone workflows.
Outcome
Steadier shifts and a documented automation backlog — the kind of operational clarity that turns a chaotic floor into a system. (Employer kept generic by request.)

Automate Ascension

A self-built trading desk: real-time charts, scanners, and a disciplined journal that makes a strategy measurable instead of vibes.

Problem
Retail trading tools are either toys or bloated terminals. There was no calm, fast workspace that paired live data with the journaling discipline that actually improves results.
Approach
Built a charting + scanner dashboard on a FastAPI backend with passkey auth, wired live market data, and added a structured trade journal so every decision is logged and reviewable.
Outcome
Live and in daily use. Demonstrates real-time data plumbing, secure auth, and the analyst's instinct to make behavior measurable.

Brix

An operating system for craft hospitality — seven modules that run a small coffee or bourbon business without nickel-and-diming the owner.

Problem
Small and rural craft operators get squeezed by a stack of expensive, disconnected SaaS tools. Nobody builds for them; everyone extracts from them.
Approach
Designed a tenant-themeable system (locked-neutral tokens, WCAG-AA enforced at the picker) and scaffolded seven modules — storefront, comms, ops, supplies, and more — on a Supabase backend with row-level security and vector search.
Outcome
Full scaffold built and reachable; pre-revenue, pre-launch. The thesis: built by operators, for operators.
